Brad Kent
Known internally for his vast expertise and affable demeanor, Brad consistently seeks to enhance systems and processes to ensure a more accessible outcome for our partners and teams.
Brad joined Cymax Group as Vice President of Analytics in 2021 and quickly made his mark, becoming Cymax Group Technology’s first Chief Technology Officer in June of 2022.
Brad brings more than two decades of deep experience in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, and machine learning. At Cymax Group, he oversees product management, software and data engineering, machine learning, pricing, and technology operations.

Gord Elder
Gord brings more than two decades of deep experience in product innovation and development, product management, software development and, management of technology infrastructure in SaaS, martech, automation, and eCommerce.
At Cymax Group, Gord oversees product strategy and execution for the business, which includes our two products, Channel Gate and Freight Club, as well as our boutique marketplaces- Homesquare and Cymax Business.
Passionate about contributing to the technology industry, Gord is Chair of the BC Tech Product C-Council, and a Founding Ambassador of ex-XO, a global, professional network of highly skilled technology industry professionals from around the world.
Our VP of Analytics
Tom Glover
Tom brings 15 years’ experience building high performing analytical teams and has a proven track record of delivering business results through data, having consulted several marquee Canadian brands in the loyalty, retail, technology, and financial sectors.
At Cymax Group, he oversees insight delivery across business intelligence (BI), pricing & promotions, digital analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and data engineering. Tom holds a BComm in Operations Management from the Haskayne School of Business in Calgary and is an active mentor for analytics practitioners at various levels.
